Our journey began with practical experience. Since 2015, we, 32link’s creators, have operated as a dental prosthetics reseller for Chinese and Turkish laboratories. Over the years, we have used multiple Laboratory Management System (LMS) platforms, yet none provided a truly seamless experience across all user levels.
